If this is your first visit to our site and you wish to place your first order then it's simple, there is no need to log on or register just add any items you require to your basket and hit the checkout button, once you checkout you will then be directed to the paypal website to complete the payment process. Once your order is in process with us you will receive an e-mail informing you that your order is in process, you will then receive a 2nd e-mail when your order has been dispatched informing you of the expected delivery times.

My order has been dispatched but has not arrived, where is it?

It is our experience that most packages arrive at their destination within the times stated in the information below. If your order has not arrived and has been shipped using Standard Royal Mail inland or airmail service,  Please do not contact us until a minimum of 10 days (UK) / 21 days (overseas) have passed. We will then be able to assist you.

By 1st class Standard Mail within the UK

Unfortunately Royal Mail do not offer a tracking number on this service so we are unable to provide a tracking number for your parcel, We usually expect items sent by Standard Royal Mail 1st class within the UK to arrive within 1 to 3 days from shipment. However, if after 10 days from the shipping date the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.

If the details have been provided correctly, we can declare the item lost and issue a replacement order to you, please be aware that the Royal Mail may contact you to confirm non receipt when a claim is made.

In order to rectify the non-delivery of your goods, we will take the following action:

By Royal Mail Airmail

Unfortunately Royal Mail do not offer a tracking number on this service so we are unable to provide a tracking number for your parcel, We expect Airmail deliveries to reach most destinations within the guidelines listed under shipping below. However, if after 21 days the parcel has not arrived, please contact us with confirmation of your shipping address.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that we try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and in most cases the same day as receipt (Mon-Fri) therefore if you wish to cancel an order please Telephone us immediately after placing any order, if your order has already been dispatched we will be unable to cancel your order and any unwanted items will have to be returned to us, we are unable to refund the postage costs if this situation arises.

Are postage prices included in the price?

All prices listed on our website are inclusive of postage & packing costs, for expected delivery times see below.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Where possible we aim to process all orders the same day (Mon-Fri only), if received before 2pm UK Time, Occasionally this may not be possible due to the amount of orders we receive. Once your order has been dispatched you should receive an e-mail informing you.

Can I Order an item as a gift for a friend/relative?

Yes this is possible we would recommend where possible you do this by Telephoning us, if you would prefer to do it online please ensure you send us an e-mail with the delivery details you require the item to go to as soon as you place your order, also please include your name / postcode.

I Don't know the issue date/number I require?

We require the issue date/number of the magazine before you order as we are unable to fulfill your order without this information, Unfortunately we are unable to search through magazines to find a specific article (We recommend you try our Feature's List as this might help).

U.K. Inland Delivery

1st Class U.K  = 1 – 3 Working days

Airmail Delivery

Western Europe = 3 – 5 Working days

Rest of Europe    = 3 - 5 Working days

U.S.A. / Canada = 5 – 7 Working days

Rest of World     =  7 – 10 Working days

Availability

We try to keep our site as up to date as possible, however occasionally items can be sold out, if one of the items you order is sold out / or the quantity you require is unavailable we will either issue a full refund by paypal or e-mail you to ask if there is an alternative issue you would like as a replacement.

Ordering Single Issues

Our website is set-up so that single issue orders can be done in 3 ways:-

LATEST ISSUE : If this option is selected you will receive the Latest Issue of the magazine we currently have in stock as displayed under the title, category, frequency, language details, if you require a specific issue we recommend you select the required issue from the drop down box (only issues available are listed).

NEXT ISSUE (Pre Order) : If this option is selected you will receive the Next Issue of the magazine which we receive in stock.

SPECIFIC ISSUE REQUIRED : If you require a certain issue date/number please select from those available in the drop down box.

Ordering Subscriptions

We offer subscriptions to most magazines we stock where possible, all subscription prices listed on our website are for 6 Issue Subscriptions (Unless stated otherwise) whatever the magazine frequency, all subscriptions (Unless stated otherwise) are sent directly by us as soon as we receive the magazines in stock, the dates you receive your subscription copy per issue can vary depending on the delivery time to ourselves, As soon as we receive the magazines we post your copy out the same day! 

When ordering a subscription you have a choice to start your subscription with either the Latest Issue OR the Next Issue we receive in stock, if you wish to start your subscription with a different issue date we will try to help you do this where possible, please telephone us to do this. 

Subscription renewals;

Subscriptions automatically cease on receipt of the last issue of the paid for subscription. We do however send out 2 subscription renewals informing you of the expiry of your subscription and a 3rd renewal after your subscription has expired. Renewals are only actioned upon notification / payment from the customer. If you would like to opt out from receiving renewal notifications please inform us by email.

Pricing

All prices listed on our site are displayed in UK Pounds. All prices shown are inclusive of post & packing costs.

All overseas orders will be charged in UK Pounds then converted to their respective currencies based on current exchange rates. 

Please be aware that prices displayed in your shopping bag are the current prices of the goods and the amount you will be charged for each item when submitting your order.

All prices on www.themagazineman.co.uk  are for online purchases only and may differ when buying from us at shows/events.

Payment

All online payment is done through Paypal, when you checkout you will be taken to the paypal page where you can either log on to your paypal account or if you don't already have a paypal account there is an option to pay directly by all major credit & debit cards or via your bank account without having to set-up a paypal account.

If you wish to order without using paypal you will need to telephone us with your Credit/Debit card details or post your order to us with payment by UK Cheque/Postal Order, Any cash sent is sent at your own risk!

VAT

Magazines inclusive of postage are currently zero rated in the UK.

Customs Charges

If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of the UK, please note that your consignment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by you. It is accepted by you that "The Magazine Man" has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes / duties that may be applicable to your on-line order. You will be the importer of record and responsible for any import VAT and duty that may be borne. In addition, any charges for import clearance will be borne by you, the customer.

International Shipping

For all deliveries to BFPO addresses please select UK when ordering, "The Magazine Man" will ship to most international countries.
